Regular Class

Sacred Heart Aikido Center – Cebu regular adult classes are good for students at a minimum age of 7 and above, regardless of gender.

Students are trained to benefit mentally, emotionally, socially, physically as well as spiritually. The class strives to teach students to live an active and healthy lifestyle and manage stress of their everyday life.

We strive to teach students on the quality of the training and not to dwell upon how fast one learns the skill, as we take it by heart that Aikido is a journey and there is never an end to the training.
